Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 July 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Junisignal, a multi-tenant WhatsApp messaging platform built on the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API (the "Service"). By creating an account, accepting an invite, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Junisignal provides tools for businesses to connect WhatsApp channels, send OTP and template messages, run broadcasts, manage inbox conversations, configure AI-assisted replies, and integrate via API and webhooks. Features may change as we improve the platform. Access may be limited to invited or internal customers during rollout.
3. Accounts and access
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your user account and for the accounts you administer.
- Account administrators control memberships, roles, channels, and integrations for their tenant.
- We may suspend or terminate access for security, abuse, non-payment (when billing applies), or Terms violations.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate law, Meta platform policies, or WhatsApp Business messaging policies.
- Send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or content without a valid legal basis and required opt-in where applicable.
- Impersonate others, probe systems without authorization, or interfere with the Service.
- Upload malware or attempt to bypass authentication, tenancy isolation, or rate limits.
- Misuse OTP, templates, or conversational features in ways that harm recipients or Meta’s platform integrity.
5. Meta and WhatsApp
Message delivery depends on Meta WhatsApp Cloud API and related Meta products. You must maintain compliant WhatsApp Business assets, templates, and business verification as required by Meta. Meta’s terms, policies, and availability apply in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for Meta outages, policy enforcement, quality rating changes, or account restrictions imposed by Meta.
6. Customer content and data
You retain rights to content and data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"), including contacts, message content, templates, and configuration. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
You represent that you have the rights and consents needed to process Customer Data (including end-user phone numbers and message content) through WhatsApp and Junisignal. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. API keys and integrations
If you use API keys, webhooks, or third-party LLM providers (including bring-your-own keys), you are responsible for securing those credentials and for the systems that call our APIs. Do not share secrets publicly. Rotate keys if compromised.
8. Fees
If billing is enabled for your account, fees, usage meters, and payment terms will be presented in the dashboard or a separate order form. Meta may also charge WhatsApp conversation or message fees under your Meta billing arrangement; those charges are between you and Meta unless we expressly resell them.
9. Intellectual property
Junisignal, including software, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service to you. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.
10. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that messages will always be delivered by Meta or received by end users.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (or, if none, one hundred US dollars).
12. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your Customer Data, your messaging practices, your violation of these Terms or Meta policies, or your use of the Service in a way that harms third parties.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account closure as described on the Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access with notice when reasonable, or immediately for abuse, security risk, or legal requirement. Provisions that should survive (including IP, disclaimer, liability limits, and indemnity) continue after termination.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to that use. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify account administrators.
